Riverton Forge      Scholz Park Museum

The Riverton Forge is another gem  from a bygone era tucked away in the beautiful heritage town of Riverton. This rustic pearl is awash with historic machinery and items from the early 1900’s. It has three hand blown forges with a full compliment of functional equipment and is a true joy to work in. Our members have only recently had access to the forge and all who have attended have had a great time working the fires. The forge is open on Sundays from 1 pm till 3 pm. (*SEE LATEST NEWS) below Our members are present on the last Sunday of each month, where possible. This forge is in a prime position for those members living in the North and Mid North locations.

Terry Johnson and Lee Portwain fire up the coke for an afternoons forging.
